Blah blah blah, legal stuffs..
Most products I review I purchased with my own money. On the rare occasion that I am sent a product to test from ANY company, I will treat it as if I purchased it myself. Meaning, just because it was free doesn't mean I'm going to lie about any issues I find that I have with the product. I will try to be fair and honest with every single product I test and review. However, if I do receive a product that is not to my liking or standards, I will not bully or bash the company in any way, it's nothing personal, so I won't make it personal. But this does not mean that the product will or won't work for you. Everyone is different, everyone's tastes are different, skin, hair type etc. We're all different, so something I love you may not, something I hate you may love. I am not responsible if you try a product and end up with a bad reaction to it. I am not a makeup artist, nor do I claim to be.. Just a makeup junkie with a huge stash. I'm not affiliated with any company, nor do I get paid to do my blogs. I'm human and this blog is supposed to be for fun, so you may see grammatical errors, typos, whatever, it's OK! This is not my college thesis! I'm not a big fan of deleting comments, but if you're posting nasty stuff just to post nasty stuff your comments will be deleted and I'll ask you to kindly go troll elsewhere. Occasionally random interwebs pictures will be posted in my blog, I do not claim rights to said pictures, if you see any images I've posted that are your intellectual property, contact me and I will promptly remove it. My reputation is very important to me, and I will not tarnish it by "talking up" a bad product for ANY company. EVER. I also won't trash talk any company because of a "bad apple" I may have dealt with either at the store, makeup counter, customer service, online, whatever. Again, I will do my best to always be honest and fair. Questions? Comments? email me at Dearlipstickninja@gmail.com
FTC wants bloggers to disclose any and all compensation they receive on blogs for posts, advertisements, etc….this basically translates as if you get paid to post or review an item you must state as such within each post. This also means anyone who receives product for review must disclose the information to their readers. I will always leave a notation at the bottom of any blog I write where I review a product that was sent to me by the company.
